  • Check Settings > Motion and gestures to enable it. 
  • So you are holding the bottom edge of your hand and starting at the right, slowly moving your hand from right to left across the screen.
  • Screen will flash and that means you have successfully captured the screenshot.
  • you can slide down the notification shade, and view the image. Or you can press on share to share it with any application of your choosing.
  • If you want to share it immediately, just hit the share icon on the screenshot. And ... share!.

Where the pictures are stored?

You can see your screenshots in the Gallery app, or in Samsung's built-in "My Files" file browser. If you need to find the screenshots from a command line or through the Android File Transfer tool, they'll be in /pictures/screenshots.
